Three Maldivian resort islands are listed among the 99 most popular hotels worldwide, selected by Switzerland base travel website HolidayCheck.com. This year, HolidayCheck awards were divided in 7 main categories based on traveler’s preference.
Judging on reader reviews, HolidayCheck selected Veligandu Island Resort as the No.1 hotel in Maldives. The private resort island is situated in Alifu Alifu Atoll, about 20 minute travel distance by seaplane.
